At present, it is our intention to require 1) proof of vaccination, 2) masks, 3) a negative result on a COVID RAPID test (which will be provided to you at the door), 4) a health attestation, and 5) and ask that you only be unmasked (when drinking/eating/playing) with people you can contact in the event of subsequently discovered COVID exposure. Requirements may change based on CDC recommendations and state/local regulations.
